5.2 Withdrawals

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.

13.2 Termination by Player

You may close your slotjili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. 13.3 Dormant Accounts
